Clearly the construction that was supposed to have begun this week at the intersection of Baxter Boulevard and Hannazord Plaza Road did not occur1 The city announced in a press release that appeared on this blog that a catch basin and pipeline were to be installed at this intersection over a two week period. That construction could result in traffic delays enterng and existing Hannaford Plaza Road.
It didn’t happen. This blogger has queried city hall for an update on the situation. No response yet. “There are two seasons in Portland ,” says this blogger. “Construction and winter.”
