Walgreens at the Bottom of Munjoy Hill Was Robbed.

The Portland Police Department is investigating a robbery of the Walgreens, 290 Congress Street, around 4:20 pm, yesterday, Wednesday, January 20.  A man approached the cashier and demanded money.  He fled the store with an undiclosed amount of cash.  The suspect was last seen exiting the store in the direction of the nearby Hampshire Street.

The suspect is described as a white male with facial hair, wearing a bright yellow jacket with reflective striping and a tan baseball hat.
