There are two upcoming Mayoral Candidates’ Nights if you missed the recent one at the Portand Public Library.

The first one is on Thursday, September 28th at 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm at the East End Community School, 195 North Street.  Greg Kesich, Munjoy HIll resident, will be the moderator.  It is hosted by the Munjoy Hill Neighborhood Organization (MHNO).

The second Mayoral Candidates’ Night is scheduled for Wednesday, October 11, 2023 from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm.  It will be at the Reiche Community Room at Reiche School.  Please enter from the Clark Street side of the school.  This event is hosted by the West End Neighborhood Association.

The five candidates running for Mayor of Portland are:  Pious Ali, Justin Costa, Mark Dion, Dylan Pugh and Andrew Zorro.  Ali, Dion, and Zorro currently serve on the council; Costa has served on the Council in the past.

In-person absentee voting starts Monday, October 9th at city hall.
