A tentative identification has been made on the subject found inside of a burning tent Sunday morning on Marginal Way. An autopsy was completed today, but the cause and manner of death will not be confirmed until toxicology resuls are received.  The victim is believed to be a 31 year old man that was living in an encampment alongside I-295 north at Exit 7.

The Office of the State Fire Marshall and the Medical Examiner are attempting to collect a DNA sample from relatives that are out-of-state and as such a positive identification will not be made until that occurs.
