There was lots to celebrate at the new Tandem Coffee & Bakery on Congress Street.  The new venue opened this past Thursday and the next day, Friday, was the first birthday of Kathleen and Will Pratt’s son, Claude.

The new Tandem was busy this morning as customers were drinking their own popular brew and eating a variety of baked goods – from the new baker in town Briana Holt. She recently moved to Portland from Martha’s Vineyard.  These owners and their products needs no introduction to the area because their first Tandem has been a popular success in East Bayside.

The venue is open every day except Monday.
