The Butcher Shop at Rosemont Market & Bakery,  5 Commercial Street, opened today and was busy taking orders from customers who had long-awaited its opening.

Head butcher for the chain Evan Mills is working there on setting up processes with Caleb Webster, butcher for the 5 Commercial Street location, exclusively.

A grand opening of the Butcher Shop will on Saturday, September 27 from noon to 2:00 pm.  That’s when Rosemont will join forces with its neighbor, CREMA, and host a neighborhood block party in that general area.  There will be seasonal foods, activities, demonstrations, music and surprises!
