Lincoln Park Created to Serve as a Fire Barrier After the City’s Great Fire

East enders are invited to attend an informational meeting on a proposal to install an outdoor installation at Lincoln Park in the summer of 2015.  The meeting is to be held on Thursday, September 11 from 5:30 – 7:00pm at the Maine Jewish Museum, 267 Congress Street.  The meeting is hosted by TEMPO, a new temporary public art program in Portland.

A press release was issued yesterday from committee members that include: Victoria Bonebakker, Pamela Hawkes, Alison Hildreth, Pandora LaCasse, Ted Musgrave, (city employee) and Alice Spencer.
