Collins Has No “Position Paper”on Trump’s Threat to End School Funding Says Senate Staffer

A Sign on Franklin Street from Convicted Felon
Trump’s First Administration.

This Chair Was Provided for Senator Collins (R) at a Forum at the Portland Public Library in 2018 at Which She Was Invited to Attend.   Of course, “Senator No Show” did not Show!  But Then She Never Shows up in Southern Maine Unless it’s at a Very Private Event in Which She is Protected from the Public.  The Forum at the Library was Hosted by a Non-profit Sixteen Counites.

“I”‘ve just heard about an argument between Trump and Governor Mills a few minutes ago,,” said Elizabeth from Swans Island, a staff member for the unpredictable Senator Susan Collins (R) in her Washington, DC office late this afternoon.  “It was no argument.  It was a threat to end Federal funding for Maine schools issued by Convicted Felon Trump this blogger said.  “It was also a put down of a strong and independent woman that runs counter to many insecure men.”  Governor Mills told CF at the White House State Dining Room: “See You in Court.” Elizabeth was stunned by this information. “I didn’t know,” she said.

The Senator has no position paper on the threat said Elizabeth.  She acknowledged that the office has been “swamped” with telephone calls and that is the reason the office was not taking public phone calls earlier in the day.  “We could not keep up with all the calls,” she said.

The Senator’s press person Blake Kernen has not responded to a press request from this blogger for her position on CF’s threat to end Maine public school funding if the state doesn’t comply with his illegal political agenda.  Over this past weekend, the “Portland Press Herald,” published an editorial on the failure of the Senator’s office to respond to its press inquiry on her justification to support the nomination of RFK, Jr. for Secretary of Health. The title of the editorial is:  “Sen. Collins’ Decision Matrix Does Not Pass Muster.”  This from the ‘PPH’? The Senator’s biggest advocate?

Incidentally, the Dow Jones dropped almost 750 points today because of the uncertainity of CF’s economic policies, his failure to work to lower the inflation rate,  includig his tariff policies as its impact on inflation.

If you want to call the Senator’s Washington, DC office, the phone number is:  202 224-2523.  The phone number for her Portland office is:  207 – 618 – 5560 if you want to let her staff know how you feel about her.

Because of the unusually high and sustained interest in this post, please visit a post dated January 24, 2020 herein.  The story is about the production of the very popular ByeBye Susan bumperstickers for sale at the former Paper Patch on Exchange Street in Portland.  That business is no longer there and has been replaced by another business not selling those bumper stickers.    They were created and distributed by a professional planner from another state up the coast who did not want to be identified at the time.  I have his email address should anyone be interested in contactding this gentlemen to see if he is still interested in the production of the bumperstickers!  By the way, this blogger has two of these bumper stickers in her possession.
