Three long-time friends are pooling their talents to form a new boutique coming to the Old Port – hopefully opening  by November 1, 2020 according to one of the partners.  WKNDR + The Manor will occupy the large space at 75 Market Street, vacated by Ramblers Way.

The business will house a hair salon run by two experienced stylist from Atlanta; the two own a salon there. They will also manage a clothing boutique for women.  Manufacturers include:  Free People, Johnny Was, Lila P., Hudson Jeans, Jbrand Jeans and  Kochese.

There will be a section dedicated to gifts for children.  Heidi Norman will manage a section on home decor with furnishings available to customers of the new hybrid store she emailed mhn.com recently.

Norman hopes to bring her special flair for southern decorating to homes in Portland, although she did not mention any professional experience in the business.  Home Collections are from: CAUS, Creative Copo, Wild Cherry and LAFCO Candles.  The business expects to be open seven days a week.

All three business partners are recently relocated from Atlanta, Georgia.
