More than $171,000. in Maine Community Foundation (MaineCF) grants will help strengthen nonprofit organizations and projects in Cumberland County according to a press release issued today by Maine CF.  It announced today that it has awarded $15,463 to 18 organizations through the foundation’s Community Building Grant Program.  Maine CF donors with advised funds made two additioal grants totaling $20,000 2024 grantees include:

FOOD FOR ALL SERVICES, general support; CLASSICAL UPRISING, general support; and MAINE BOYS TO MEN, general support, wee among the 2024 grantees.

The Cumberland County Fund, established in 2005, is a permanent endowment that supports nonprofit orgaizations that strengthen communities.  Proposals are submitted through MaineCF Community Building Grant Program.  It has offices in both Ellsworth and Portland.
