
The Iconic Time & Temperature Building, at 477 Congress Street May be Redeveloped into Apartments and Hotel the City Announced Today.
An application to redevelop the iconic Time & Temperature building at 477 Congress Street has been received by the city of Portland it was announced today.
The application submitted by GreenMars Real Estate Company would include 140 apartments and a 136 room hotel, amenty spaces for both guests and residences and new retail uses at ground-level. The subject property totals 78,680 sq. feet and is zoned B-3 Downtown Business. It is located within the Congress Street HIstoric District.
