Peter Peterson, 50, of Gray, was arrested yesterday afternoon at his home at 80 Whitney Road without incident.  He was charged with an outstanding arrest warrant charging three counts of Aggravated Trafficking in Schedule W Drugs (fentanyl).

This arrest followed a search of his Gray home that resulted in the seizure of approxmiately 10 grans each of fentanyl, amphetamine, methamphetaine and three loaded firearms as well as other items indicative of drug trafficking.

He was transported to the Cumberland County Jail where the additional charge of being a prohibited person (felon) in possession of firearms was added.

Bail was set at $30,000. cash for Peterson according to Shannon Moss, Public Information Officer, for the Maine Department of Public Safety.
