You are invited to take a free memorial day tour today, Monday, May 25 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, at Eastern Cemetery on the east end of Portland – that is IF it isn’t raining – a mghty big IF!  If it is not canceled, join the Spirits Alive crew for the celebratory walk honoring those who came before us.

If you don’t make it today, you can take a walking tour of Eastern Cemetery  daily at 4:00 pm. It is the only cemetery in Maine that has daily walking tours.  Join the Spirits Alive crew for an informative “jaunt” through the stones with a knowledgeable and trained volunteer guide.  Tour groups are small and allow time for questions.  The cost is $10. per person.
