East Ender Arrested For Threatening Restaurant Customers with Handgun Yesterday PM

Anthony Lobor, 25, of 42 Kellogg Street, was arrested yesterday afternoon for multiple charges including Violation of Conditions of Release.  Initially Lobor was reported to the Portland Police Department for threatening customers at a fried chicken restaurant at 408 Forest Avenue with a handgun that was in his waistband.  Lobor fled the eatery before Police arrived on the scene.  However, police quickly identified Lobor as the individual it was searching for..

During a search warrant at his Kellogg Street residence last night, several handguns were recovered along with several other firearms, firearm components, drugs, cash and evidence of drug trafficking.  One of the firearms recovered appeared to be a fully automatic rifle. Lobor was also charged with Criminal Threatening with a Dangerous Weapon and Threatening Display of or Possession of a Concealed Weapon.

Portland police report there have been 23 shootings this year.  The number of juveniles involved with drugs is growing and it won’t be long before a Portland Police officer will be put in a posiition of shooting a juvenile.
