The city of Portland has declared a Yellow Zone parking ban for this evening.  The Yellow Zone Parking Ban will be in effect beginning at 10:00 pm Tuesday, January 27 through 6:00 am Wednesday, January 28.  Vehicles left on city streets within the yellow zone after 10:00 pm can be towed at the owner’s expense The Fine for failing to move your vehicle during a parking snow ban is now $130.

The Yellow Zone includes the downtown district bounded by Cumberland Avenue, Franklin Street, Commercial Street, and State Street.
