A Gentlemen on St. Larence Street Gives a Friendly Wave as He Cleans out His Driveway with a Snowblower in Mid-Afternoon  Yesterday.

A Yellow Zone Parking Ban has been declared beginning at 10:00 pm Sunday, March 5 through Monday, March 6 at 6:00 am.  Vehicles left on city streets within the Yellow Zone after 10:00 pm can be towed at the owner’s expense.

The Yellow Zone includes the downtown district bounded by Cumberland Avenue, Franklin Street, Commercial Street and State Street.
