The West End Neighborhood Association will present a forum for District 2 city council candidates next month.  The date is Thursday, October 4th, at Reiche School auditorium from 6:30 – 8:00 pm.

The two candidates are Spencer Thibodeau (incumbent) and Jon Torsch.  Thibodeau is a real estate lawyer at Verrill Dana.  Torsch, is an electrical engineer who graduated from the University of Maine.  Both candidates are 30 years old, single with no children.
