You are invited to spend an evening with city manager, Jon Jennings, on Thursday, February  18, 2016, from 6:30 – 8:00 pm.  The event will be at the Community Center at Reiche School, 166 Brackett Street, Portland.   The event is hosted by the West End Neighborhood Association according to Ian Jacobs, its President.
