Selling wreaths on the Hill reminds me of my growing up in a small town in Ohio said Tracy Davis, late this afternoon at The Store at 118 Congress Street on the Hill.  Davis who moved her design studio from the Portland waterfront to the first floor of the new, exclusive condominium on Congress Street this summer was speaking this afternoon of the full balsam wreaths that adorn the entrance to her design studio.
To date Stein has sold about 20 wreaths – many of them decorated with red ribbons.  Stein who is the office manager for The Store, part of Urban Dwellings, invites neighbors to come by and purchase wreaths “while they last.”

Meanwhile, inside The Store are special gifts for that special person in your life to buy for – holidays or for other occasions. Follows some ideas to fill that niche in time for the holidays.

Next season Davis expects to sell wreaths once again – probably in greater numbers because the interest has been so wide-spread.

Urban Dwellings will be open on Saturdays until Christmas.
