Chester Barrett and his son Aaron, two commercial fishermen from South Addison, were reported missing last night by a family member when they did not return as expected from crossing from Edmunds to South Addison. The two were aboard Chester’s fishing vessel “Sudden Impact,” announced the Maine Marine Patrol just before 9:00 am this morning.

Maine Marine Patrol launched a seach on the water and shoreline between Lubec and South Addison last night at appoximately 7:00 pm.    Last night’s search was postponed due to poor visibility, but will resume this morning, focusing again on the coastline bewenn Lubec and South Addison.
