An international company, SPOT ME, is opening a new office in the former J. J. Nissen Bakery Building, on Washington Avenue, according to Jeb Harris, building owner – it’s an event apps company.  The new office of this fifteen year old company is expected to open in December of this year.  About 15 to 20 employees are expected to occupy the space.  (Google it for more information on the company.)

A second tenant has signed a lease with Harris.  It is for a Vietnamese Pho Noodle Bar at the same building.  It is not known when it will open.  It will be located next to the jus opened Hardshore Distilling Co.
