The pedestrian who was struck by a train yesterday, November 7, 2024, in the area behind Gilman Electrical Supply on Saint James Street has been identified as 42 year old Christopher Scott, of Freeport.

Mr. Scott succumbed to his injuries today according to the Portland Police Department this afterenoon.
