On April 20, 2026, at approximately 8:35 pm., Portland Police conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Hanover Street and Lancester Street.

Passengers in the vehicle were identified during the stop  One passenger, a 17 year old juvenile male, was found to have a full extraditable warrant out of Androscoggin County.  He was arrested and transpoted to Long Creek Youth Development Center.

A second passenger, 19 year old Wyatt Boulette of Springvale, Maine was charged with Operating After Suspension or Revocation and Violating Conditions of Release.  He was transpoted to the Cumberland County Jail.

A third passenger, a 17 year old female, was identified as a missing juvenile out of Tilton, New Hampshire.  She was taken to the Portland Police Department, where she was later released to her mother.
