“It’s a great honor.  It’s the best press we could get,  A lot of people read “Bon Appetit“,” said Will Pratt this morning at his East Bayside Coffee Shop. Pratt was referring to a feature story in the May issue of the New York City based magazine about the Tandem Coffee & Bakery, on Congress Street in a restored Gulf Station.  It is known for its extraordinary baked goods as well as its amazing coffee.  The coffee is brewed in East Bayside at Tandem Coffee.  Other special food venues in Portland were cited in the article as well. The article contains recipes from Briana Holt, baker for the Congress Street location.
