On Monday, December 13, 2021, Portland Police Officers with the assistance of the Falmouth Police Department and the FBI safe task force, arrested Joseph Evers, (10-27-80) of Portland and charged him with four counts of robbery in connection with the previously reported incidents in Portland between December 4th and 6th.  Addtionally, Falmouth Police have charged vers for the robbery on December 10 of Key Bank, 256 Route 1.
