Troopers are on scene of a serious two-vehicle crash on 1-295 southbound near the toll booth in Scarborough.  There is a full shut down of traffic.  In other words, both southbound and northbound lanes are shut down between mile markers 3 and 4.  Motorists should seek an alternate route or expect delays.  Traffic updates will be posted on social media pages.
