A scholarship from the Joseph A. DiPietro fund is now available according to a press release issued recently from the Portland Water District.  The deadline to apply for the Joseph A. DiPietro Scholarship is March 31, 2026.  The Scholarship is in the amount of $1,500.

The Scholarship serves students in communities served by the Portland Water District who are pursing a career applicable to the water wastewater industry.  That includes HVAC, electrical, automation technology, instrumentation, plumbing, pipefitting among others.

The Joseph A. DiPietro Scholarship was established in 2003 in memory of respected businessman and longtime Portland Water District Trustee, Joe DiPietro.
