You are invited to attend a neighborhod meeting on Wednesday, April 30th at 5:00 pm in the Solterra Communit Room at 58 Boyd Street in the East End of  Portland according to a notice received today from Peter Heill, PE of Acorn Engineering, Inc.

The reason for the city required meeting is to discuss the major site plan application for the proposed redevelopment of 70 East Oxford Street  on the east end of Portland.  The parcel currently has abandoned structures for demolition and located within the B1 and B1b zoning districts.  The project proposes to construct a 7 story affordabale multi-family apartment bulding wth 92 dwelling units along Cumberland Avenue and a 3 story affordable multi-famly apartment building with 27 dwelling units along Mayo Street.  The project will include additional internal residential amenity areas, exterior amenity spaces and various infrastructure upgrades.
