128R North Street Property to be Demolished to Make Way for New Condominium.

New Condominium to Replace 128R North Street Single Family Home.  It Borders the Parking Lot of Bayside Heights.  The Above Photograph was Part of the Application Package Submitted to the City.

Upright Properties, LLC. has filed an application for a four-story building with six units at 128R North Street according to a letter written by William H. Savage, PE. of Acorn Engineering, Inc. on behalf of his client.

The single-family home currently located there will have to be demolished.  There will be covered/open air parking on the ground level according to the letter of Mr. Savage dated August 2, 2019.

The site shares a driveway with the abutting 128F North Street property, which is located in front of the building to be demolished, and rebuilt into a condominium.  The proposal calls for one workforce unit on site.  It is located near Bayview Heights.
