Late this afternoon,  Portland Police responded to a shooting at 22 Sanbon Street.  Upon approval, Police found a 23 year old Portland woman suffering from a gunshot wound.  She was transported to Maine Medical Center and is in stable condition.

A suspect has been detained and the investigation is underway.  More details are expected to be released tomorrow, Tuesday, December 24, 2024.
