On Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at 3:16 AM Portland Police responded to a report of an armed robber at the Cumberland Farms at 801 Washington Avenue.  The employee stated that a man entered the store and was about to pruchase a drink when he ponted a gun at the cashier and demanded cash.  The suspect left the store with an undisclosed amoaunt of money and headed toward Ocean Avenue.

He was described as a white male, 5′ 10″ and approximately 30 – 40 years old.
