Late this afternoon the Portland Police Department announced that it is investigating a death at the Shalom House, located at 503 Woodford Street this morning.  Detectives from the Criminal Investigation Division and Evidence Technicians are processing the scene.

There is no danger to the public at this time.  Further details will be released as the investigation progresses.
