Portland Music Holdings LLC has submitted a major site plan application to faciliate the develoment of a 65,340 square foot entertainment venue with capacity for up to 3,310 patrons.  The development would also include bars, admdinistrative offices, an indoor and outdoor lounge areas and bck-of-house operations areas.  The deveopment is under the 385 Congress Street Master Development Plan and located within the B-3 Downtown Business Zone.
