Portland has received a major site plan application to faciitate the subdivision of a 4.21 acre parcel located at 410 Auburn Street into a 13-lot  subdivision, with eleven (11) ten  unit residential buildings, a new public street, etc.  The property is zoned RN-1 Residential.
