Portland City Hall and City administrative offices will be closed on Monday, February 23, 2026 due to inclement weather it was announced late this afternoon.

The City Council meeting scheduled for Monday, February 23 at 5:00 pm will now be held remotely via zoom only.  Most customer transactions can be performed online by visiting www.portlandmaine.gov/PayFor
