On Friday, February 20, 2026, Portland Police arrested Nathan Valentine, 32, of South Portland on an outstanding warrant following his failure to appear for arraignment, with the underlying charge of Possession of Sexually Explicit Material of  Minor under the age of 12.  He was taken into custody without incident at approximately 11:30 am in the Red Bank area of South Portland.

Following his arrest, he was transported to the Cumberland County Jail where he was processed and charged accordingly.
