On Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 10:54 pm., Portland Police responded to the area of 91 Allen Avenue for a report of shots fired.  Officers canvassed the area but were unable to locate any damage at that time.

Then on Friday, February 13, 2026, officers responded to the Seventh-day Adventist Church at 91 Allen Avenue for a report of a shatered glass door that appeared o have been struck by a projectile.  Investigators believe the damage is related to the report from the previous evening.

On Monday, February 16, 2026, Portland Police Department’s Special Reaction Team (SRT) executed a high-risk search warrant on Allen Avenue and conducted two high-risk traffic stops believed to be connected to the incident.

At this time, it does not apper the church was specifically targeted.  The investigation remains ongoing according to Brad Nadeau, Public Information Officer, Portland Police Department.
