YOU are invited to attend a Town Hall hosted by Graham Platner, canidadte for US Senate in Maine, as he continues his 207 Tour.  The Town Hall will be held at the Monmouth Town Hall, 796 Main Street, in Monmouth.  The event starts at 6:30 PM.

A more complete list of his 207 Tour will be published herein in the next few days – as soon as this blogger recovers from that “bug” that is criss-crossing the state!  The next Town Hall will be on Sunday, March 8 in York; more information to come!

By contrast, incumbent Senator Susan Collins (R), who Graham expects to unseat in the November 2026 election, has not held a Town Hall since Bill Clinton was President.  A DC staff member told this blogger last March 15, 2025 that she doesn’t need to host a Town Hall because she has “access” to the local newspaper.  That is the newspaper that fewer and fewer are subscribing to because of its escalating costs,” says this blogger.  “Shouldn’t Maine voters be given an opportunity to ask questions of their elected representtives?  Apparently the Senator is afraid of questions from her constituents as well as another tongue lashing from the Dictator. Caught between a rock and a hard spot she is.”

Graham lives in Sullivan with his wife Amy, just three doors down from the house where he grew up.
