Graham Platner’s campaign for US Senate this week went up with a TV ad airing across Maine.  Graham will remain  on TV through the primary.  The 60-second spot, titled “Mainers First”, highlights Graham’s story, why he’s running and how Senator Susan Collins has failed Maine.

“The fact that we’re able to go up this early is a testament to the incredible support from people who have heard about this campaign and chipped in to support him,” said Campaign Manager Ben Chin.  “I feel confident that if Mainers hear Graham’s message of what the future could look like with a government that works for working Mainers, we will win this race – going up early will help us do just that.”

Since launching his campaign, Graham has crisscrossed the state, holding town halls and meeting Mainers.  Graham has also raked in nearly $8 million since launching his campaign in August, primarily from small-dollar donors.

According to polling, Graham who was a virtual unknown before launching his Senate bid currently leads Governor Mills in the primary, wth most polls showing a double-digit advantage over the governor.  Three recent polls also showed Graham performing better than Mills in the general election against the incumbent, Senator Susan Colllins.

Graham lives in Sullivan with his wife, Amy, just three doors down from the house where he grew up.
