Today, Graham Platner, candidate for US Senate in Maine, announced he will participate in three televised town hall style primary debates hosted by Maine media outlets and two forums organized by the Maine Democratic Party.

Further, Platner is calling for the three town hall debates to prioritize and include the Maine voters who will decide the 2026 senate election, so they can ask questions to the candidates directly.

  1. Town Hall Debate hosted in a town that Trump won in 2024 and focused on hearing from and reaching voters across the political spectrum
  2. Town Hall Debate hosted by community organizations and focused on defeating Susan Collins and
  3. Town Hall Debate hosted by labor unions and focused on challenges facing working Mainers.

Graham has built a campaign focused on hearing directly from people and communities across Maine.  He has hosted more than three dozen town halls, met with thousands of voters and crisscrossed the state meeting with Mainers in communities across every corner of the state.

Graham lives in Sullivan with his wife, Amy, just three doors down from the house where he grew up.
