Formerly a Site for B&M Factory, it is Now the Site for the Roux Institute at the Boston Based Northeastern University.

The Portland Planning Board will hold a workshop on the proposed site plan for the Portland campus of the Roux Institute at Northeastern Uiversity on Tuesday, April 23.  The meetig starts at 4:30 pm.  The property is located at 1 Bean Pot Circle.

This second workshop will focus on transportation issues for the property under development.
