On Saturday, March 10th at 3:46 am, an unidentified Portland man was struck and killed by a City-owned dump truck at 2282 Congress Street.

A white 2005 Sterling dump truck carrying a load of snow driven by 49-year old Donald Penney of South Portland struck a 58 year old  man who was walking on Congress Street at Blueberry Road.  The pedestrian has not been identified at this time pending notification.
