You are invited to attend a neighborhood meeting on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at Allen Avenue Universalist Church, 524 Allen Avenue for a community meeting regarding the proposed and revised Deering Village Development at 410 Auburn Street.  The meeting starts at 6:00 pm and the press release received this morning does not indicate how long the meeting will last.  The required city meeting will be hosted by GreenMars Real Estate’s Nate Green and Chris Marshall, project developers.

The meeting is an opportunity for GreenMars Real Estate to present its revised vision and address queries from the public.  The meeting will include:  a review and updated site plan of the development, a discussion of current zoning and permitted uses within the city of Portland and an opportunity to answer questions and outline the timeline of the development.
