You are invited to attend a neighborhood meeting on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 to discuss the Master Site Plan application for a change of use of the existing building located at 985 Forest Avenue, Portland.

The city required meeting will be held at 999 Forest Avenue, Unit 4, from 5:30 pm – 6:00 pm.

The project will include renovating mixed-used commercial space into residential units and site improvements.
