You are invited to attend a neighborhood meeting to discuss the Major Site Plan Application for the proposed redevelopment of 101 and 105 Winter Street.  The meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 5:30 pm.  The meeting will be held at the 105 Winter Street Parking Lot, 105 Winter Street.

Both parcels on Winter Street are proposed to be combined into a single lot that is split between within the Mixed-Use (B-3) and the Residential Neighborhoold (RN-4) zoning districts.  The project proposes to construct two townhome-style multi-family condominium buidings that will contain covered garage parking within each unit.  Building A will be comprised of 5 units and Building B will be comprised of 4 units for a total of 9 units by 105 Winter LLC.  The project proposed two curb cut connections on Winter Street (1 new and 1 existing to be relocated) with one-way access and proposes to construct a woonerf between the two buildings for shared vehicular and pedestrian maneuverability.
