You are invited to attend a neighborhood meeting on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at 5:30 pm at 80/82 Elm Street in Portland. The purpose of the city required meeting is to discuss the proposed Major Site Plan Application submitted to the city that will demolish the existing 2 story building and parking lot. The proposal for the property is to redevelop it into a 10-story building with 217 residential units and ground-level commercial space. No parking spaces are proposed to accommodate this proposal according to Sam Lebel, of Accorn Engineering, who responded to an email this morning.
