PICNIC Music & Arts Festival presents its first annual Picnic in Lincoln Park, Saturday, September 13. Lincoln Park is at the corner of Congress Street and Franklin Arterial in front of the courthouse in Portland. The Picnic runs from 11 am to 6 pm. Admission is free of charge.

Seventy vendors will be selling crafts, vintage goods and fine art and more. Live music will also be part of the festival.
