Last night the Portland Police Department announced it is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person:

Samuel Mugisha, 21, was last seen leaving his residence at 246 Auburn Street on foot on November 4, 2022, at approximately 8:00 am.  He was last seen wearing a brown khaki hooded sweatshirt, brown khaki pants, and brown, leather dress shoes.  He is described as a black male, 5’11”, 200 lbs, short black hair, brown eyes with facial hair on his chin only.

Samuel experiences episodes of anxiety when he is not able to verbally communicate.  He is known to walk from his residence to a family member’s home in Westbrook.
