Marge Schmuckal With Her Husband Paul Blume Recently.

“I’m free.  I’m released,” said Marge Schmuckal, recently about her retirement effective today.  Schmuckal, who retires today as Zoning Administrator,has been employed by the city for 41 years she said.

Schmuckal began her career at city hall as secretary and worked her way up the ladder serving in various positions until she achieved her current position.  She started out as a secretary and at one time was a code enforcement officer.

Schmuckal said recently she looks forward to some down time.  She lives in Windham with her husband Paul Blume who is not  retired.
