On Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at 9:01 pm., Portland Police were dispatched to 5 Portland Street, where a man had been stabbed.  Upon arrival, police found the victim who appeared to have been stabbed multiple times.  He was stransported to Maine Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

Upon receiving a description of the suspect, offficers were able to locate 25-year-old Antonio Henriques, of Cumberlandn shortly after the incident.  Henriques was charged with Elevated Assault and Reckless Conduct with a Dangerous Weapon.  He was booked at the  Cumberland County Jail.
